Long term connections to Canada

In late August 2019, the Canadian Ambassador to Indonesia and Timor- Leste, Mr. Peter MacArthur, met with Mateus Maia, Acting Director for RAEBIA. They shared information on the current community seed banking and participatory land use management programs of RAEBIA. There is a long history (since of Government of Canada support to RAEBIA, (previously USC Canada Timor-Leste), through USC Canada.
